We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically-minded Mechanical Engineer Intern to join our engineering team in Novi Sad, Južnobački okrug, Serbia. Assist in the design and analysis of mechanical components and systems using CAD softwareInterpret and create technical drawings and engineering blueprints under supervisionConduct research and analysis to support engineering projects and design improvementsParticipate in the development and testing of prototypes and mechanical solutionsDocument design specifications, calculations, and project findings in an organized mannerCollaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical challenges and implement solutionsSupport the preparation of technical reports and engineering documentationMaintain accurate records of project progress and maintain organized project filesContribute ideas and observations during team meetings and design reviewsAdhere to engineering standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance procedures Student of final year on Mechanical Engineering study programStrong ownership and proactivityEager to learn and grow competenciesProficiency in CAD software such as CATIA, CREO, SolidWorks, or equivalent programsStrong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, mechanics, and thermodynamicsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to read, interpret, and create technical drawings and blueprintsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyEffective written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentPreferred: Experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) software or simulation toolsPreferred: Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production techniques and design for manufacturability (DFM)Preferred: Previous internship, project experience, or relevant coursework in mechanical engineeringPreferred: Familiarity with engineering standards and technical documentation practices WHAT WE OFFER
