We are seeking an executive leader (m/f/d) with deep expertise in analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit design to lead a strategically important global organization. As Head of Analog Design (m/f/d), you will lead a global organization of highly skilled engineers across multiple locations worldwide. You will be responsible for defining and executing the organization's analog design strategy, ensuring world-class designs, engineering excellence and enabling sustainable business growth through innovative semiconductor solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Defining and executing the long-term Analog Design strategy aligned with business objectivesLeading, mentoring, and developing leaders, and engineering teams across global sitesOverseeing the complete analog IC development lifecycle from concept through production readinessDriving technology innovation, development excellence, and continuous improvement initiativesEstablishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with design houses, universities, foundries, OSATs, and ecosystem partnersManaging budgets, resource allocation, capability development, and organizational growthInfluencing product portfolio decisions, technology roadmaps, and business case developmentRepresenting the company in industry forums, conferences, and strategic technology networks Academic Degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or comparable qualificationLong term experience in semiconductor and IC developmentExperience managing substantial budgets, resources, and organizational growthProven track record of bringing complex semiconductor products to mass production and building high-performing engineering organizationsSignificant leadership experience within international R&D organizationsDemonstrated success leading diverse, geographically distributed teamsRecognized technology and people leader (m/f/d) with deep expertise in analog design and semiconductor technologiesBusiness fluent English language skills (written and spoken)Strong strategic thinking and business acumenOutstanding communication, stakeholder management, and executive leadership capabilitiesApplications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
