We're looking for an experienced Lead/Specialist Industrial Engineer to join our organization in Gurugram, India. In this role, you will drive operational excellence through process optimization, continuous improvement initiatives, and strategic industrial engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities to mentor teams, implement lean methodologies, and deliver measurable cost and efficiency improvements across our operations.
Responsible for Industrialization of new projects Process design, maintenance & change management in processDeployment of global lesson learnedProvide Manufacturing Concept Documents Design, construction, launching of special purpose equipmentsTechnical specification of equipment and support supplier selection Continuous increase of productivity (measuring, monitoring, reporting)Support for product launch (coordination on plant level)Hand Over Project to Production / Focus Factory Technical support over production time Support in head count reduction planHandling Projects for major OEM I(Installation & Comissioning of equipmnets during New Development & supporting projectsProcess optimization and productivity improvements **Required Skills and Experience:**
5+ years of professional experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, or operations management2+ years of experience in a lead or specialist role with demonstrated mentoring and team leadership capabilitiesAdvanced proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies with proven track record of successful project implementationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data analysis and statistical methodsProficiency in work measurement techniques, time studies, and capacity planningExcellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reportingStrong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels**Preferred Skills and Experience:*
Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD) for facility design and layout optimizationBackground in manufacturing or discrete production environmentsExperience with change management and organizational transformation initiativesFamiliarity with statistical analysis tools (Minitab, JMP, or equivalent)Experience in Wiring harness' projects for 05 Years Experience**Domain Expertise:**
