About this role

Within the boutique, your main mission will be to drive its overall performance by delivering an exceptional and highly personalized customer experience, achieving business objectives and leading a team to excellence, in full alignment with Audemars Piguet’s standards, values and retail vision.

In this context, you will be responsible for:

Driving the development of the client base while increasing traffic, market share and overall profitabilityEnsuring an exceptional and consistent customer experience across the entire client journey, in line with brand standardsActing as a brand ambassador and ensuring a premium and consistent product presentation within the boutiqueImplementing Audemars Piguet’s retail strategy, guidelines, processes and tools in daily operationsPlanning, organizing and actively participating in events to develop client relationships and strengthen brand presenceManaging sales performance through forecasting, budget contribution and close monitoring of key KPIsMonitoring and managing the client database (CRM) to support client development and engagementAnalyzing local market trends and competitor activity to recommend relevant actionsOverseeing stock management, including inventory, cash control and follow-up on outstanding paymentsLeading, coaching and developing the team to ensure engagement, performance and achievement of objectivesOptimizing operational processes and ensuring efficient staff planning to support overall performanceBuilding strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with local, regional and global priorities Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality, including significant leadership responsibilitiesFluent in Thai and EnglishStrong leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate and elevate team performanceStrong client-centric mindset with a deep understanding of luxury client expectationsProven sales and negotiation skills with a strong results-driven approachStrong analytical and business acumen, including experience managing KPIs, forecasting and budget managementExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage operations efficientlyExperience in event management and client development within a luxury environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholdersProficiency with retail tools and CRM systems Audemars Piguet offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
