Connect with the Beverage Captain to review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), confirming event details (location, timeline, product, assignments, flow, etc.)Ensure that the bar is well-stocked at all times, and maintain a clean and tidy workspace.Prepare and serve beverages efficiently while assisting guests at the bar.Relate with guests about needs, satisfaction with the beverage and drinks, ensuring a consistently caring and high-quality serviceBe knowledgeable about the drink offerings on the Banquet menu and BEOs, as well as all standard drinks, to assist guests in choosing their beverage based on likes/dislikesPerform additional duties, responsibilities, or projects as assigned to ensure exceptional guest service and efficient operation of events, including but not limited to moving rental equipment.Pay $45 - 55 / hour (inclusive of gratuity)
