Join our team as a Farm Host where you'll be the friendly face and welcoming voice that sets the tone for our guests' stay. As the first point of contact, your impeccable customer service skills and attention to detail will create a memorable and positive experience, ensuring our guests feel valued from check-in to check-out.
Prepare guest documentation including itineraries, welcome letters, and waivers to facilitate smooth check-in/out processesAnswer and direct phone calls according to company protocolsDocument guest preferences in the Opera system and communicate them to relevant departmentsGuide guests around the property and arrange on-site transportation when neededAddress guest complaints promptly and professionallyProcess billing accurately following Front Desk proceduresDocument irregularities in the departmental logbook and alert management as appropriateServe as a property ambassador by providing information about reservations, amenities, local attractions, spa services, and dining optionsMaintain an organized Front Desk area with all necessary materials readily availableDevelop comprehensive knowledge of Wildflower Farms facilities to effectively promote services to guestsBuild collaborative relationships within the Front Office and understand the operations of all hotel departments
Pay Rate: $20/hour
