About this role
We are seeking an experienced Architectural CAD Draftsman with 5+ years of expertise in preparing detailed construction drawings and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. The candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate working drawings, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting project execution from design development to construction stages.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review detailed architectural working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction documentationDevelop plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings with high accuracyTranslate design concepts into executable technical drawingsCoordinate with architects, structural, and MEP consultants for clash-free drawingsEnsure compliance with local codes and regulations, including Development Control and Promotion Regulations (DCPR)Manage drawing revisions and maintain version controlTo be verse with CAD & BIM Support site team with timely updates and resolve drawing-related queriesReview shop drawings and contractor submissionsAssist in quantity take-offs and basic BOQ coordinationGuide and mentor junior draftsmen Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering or ITI Draftsman (Civil)Advanced certification in AutoCAD (preferred)5+ years of relevant experience in architectural drafting and detailingStrong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)Working knowledge of Revit / BIM workflows (preferred)Excellent understanding of construction detailing and working drawingsKnowledge of building materials, finishes, and construction techniquesAbility to read and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawingsStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood communication and coordination skills We Offer:
