Identify and develop new business opportunities in government and private sectorsPrepare and execute strategic BD plans aligned with company goalsTrack upcoming tenders (RFPs, EOIs, RFQs) through portals like GeM, eProcurement, World Bank, ADB, etc.Develop sector-specific growth strategies (roads, railways, urban infra, water)Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (government bodies, PSUs, private developers)Engage with clients for pre-bid meetings and presentationsDevelop long-term partnerships and alliancesConduct market research and competitor analysisIdentify emerging opportunities in infrastructure sectorsRepresent the organization at industry events, conferences, and seminars Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Infrastructure / related field with more than 15 Years of experience.
