We're looking for individuals that have a background in engineering and project management who can lead account management and ensure we deliver on the agreements / frameworks.
This role is a key role within our exciting and rapidly growing division where you will have direct access to our key clients. You will understand the full scope of work to be carried out, then ensure each part is executed from making sales propositions, responding to bids, writing contracts, stay on top of invoices and finances and ensuring we have the talent ready to deliver on the projects.
This role does not have direct reports but you will work closely with teams to ensure you can carry out the work like finance teams, recruitment, operations, engineering etc.
Your Mission:
Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships to drive engagement with AssystemManage framework agreements, ensuring compliance, quality delivery, and alignment with client expectationsPromote Assystem capabilities and advise clients on suitable solutionsSupport bid activities and positioning for future framework opportunitiesOversee day-to-day framework operations and ensure adherence to delivery processesManage team growth, onboarding, resourcing, and support Project ManagersMonitor financial performance (P&L, revenue, invoicing, budgets, overheads)Establish and maintain governance, controls, and management toolsTrack performance, client satisfaction, spend, and value deliveryEnsure legal and contractual compliance across all frameworksRepresent Assystem in supplier reviews and industry forumsContribute to framework business planning and strategyEnsure projects meet company standards, QA requirements, and delivery processesConduct regular project reviews to identify risks and opportunitiesEnsure all projects achieve or exceed expected gross marginsWhy Join the Community of Switchers?
