About this role
**Responsibilities:**
Develop and maintain comprehensive Building Information Models (BIM) for plumbing and firefighting systems throughout all project phasesPerform clash detection and coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams to resolve conflicts between building systemsCreate detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for plumbing and firefighting installationsCollaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure BIM model accuracy and compliance with project requirementsConduct quality assurance reviews of BIM models to verify adherence to industry standards and project specificationsManage BIM data, libraries, and standards to maintain consistency across all project deliverablesProvide technical support and training to project team members on BIM processes and software utilizationEnsure all plumbing and firefighting system models comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standardsCoordinate model updates and revisions based on design changes and client feedbackPrepare BIM reports and presentations for project stakeholders and management reviews **Qualifications:**
**Required Qualifications:**
Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 3 to 8 years of professional experience in BIM modeling and coordinationAdvanced proficiency with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent platformsStrong knowledge of plumbing and firefighting systems design, installation, and maintenanceDemonstrated experience with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination and clash detectionThorough understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirementsExcellent technical drawing, documentation, and specification writing skillsProficiency in creating detailed 3D models and generating construction documentation**Preferred Qualifications:**
Certified BIM Professional (CBP) or equivalent industry certificationSpecialized experience with Revit MEP or similar advanced BIM toolsKnowledge of fire protection system standards and NFPA codesExperience on large-scale commercial, industrial, or institutional projectsFamiliarity with project management software and collaborative workflowsStrong presentation and communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team coordinationExperience with BIM standards, protocols, and quality assurance processes Preference to Immediate or early joiners
