Hiring Fusion HCM – Techno Functional consultant – Oracle.
Looking for a potential consultant who is having strong working knowledge in Oracle Fusion HCM.
This role requires addressing customer for complex business solutions and bringing up innovate ideas.
Must be go-getter attitude and flexible to travel onsite on short term assignments
Experience with the business processes in Oracle HCM modules Conduct Functional/Technical Design Workshops for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Payroll projects·Identify functionality gaps in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Payroll and build extensions for them an understanding of integration points between Oracle HCMMandatory
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Fusion HCMOracle Fusion HCM Cloud experience in Core HR and Benefits, Payroll and CompensationMust have a thorough understanding of the SDLC.Key Skills:
The Candidate is expected to have sound domain knowledge in HCM specifically UAE Payroll. He must have been a part of at least 1 end to end UAE HCM implementations· Ability to design and deploy Fast Formulas for calculations (Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, T&L).Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Payroll projects· Develop Security and Validation Strategies & Plans for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Payroll projectsImplement Security for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Payroll projectsAssist client in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and develop test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Payroll projects
