Salary & Benefits
$81,000 – $120,000 per year FTE (inclusive of super)

Supporting 3–4 participants per day in community settingsWorking collaboratively with participants and their families/support networksBuilding practical, functional skills that support everyday lifeDeveloping strengths-based, person-centred support strategiesWorking as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary teamUnlike private practice, you won’t need to source your own clients—we’ll support you to build a sustainable caseload.
What You’ll Bring
Tertiary qualification in:Occupational Therapy, orSpeech Pathology1–3 years’ experience (or new graduates encouraged to apply)Interest in working with autistic people and neurodivergenceWillingness to work in community-based settingsMembership with Speech Pathology Australia AHPRA registration (for OTs)to view the position profile.
