Hours: 11AM-8PM Monday-Friday
Potential hours on weekends on an as needed basis
Job Description
Contacting and communicating with customers to identify automotive needsBuild rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer networkConduct an average of 200 calls a dayAnswer a high volume amount of inbound callsSet appointments for clients to purchase vehiclesContact customers to confirm appointmentsProvide information on sales incentivesMust make outbound calls Job Requirements
Great Customer Service Skills & Motivation to be SuccessfulExcellent phone presenceBe Able to Create and Maintain Customer RelationshipsStrong Computer & Phone Skills (ADP, Outlook, Excel)Prior Sales, Call Center, or BDC Experience PREFERREDGreat Communication SkillsAble to multi-taskBi-lingual is always a plus!Team Player
