Job Responsibilities
Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs using the Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Selling ProcessBuild rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer networkAnswer internet leads with in the stores required time and email product information with pricingReach store goals and produce a 12-15% closing ratio on internet leadsAnswer sales phone calls and set appointments for clientsConfirm appointmentsTest drives, vehicle walk-arounds, close deals and cradle to grave styleJob Qualifications
