Greenville Automotive, a part of the Asbury Automotive Group, which is the 5th largest automotive retailer in the country with over 80 stores and over 29 brands, is currently looking for an Experienced Used Car Sales Manager!
We are looking for a driven Experienced Used Car Manager to join us in supporting our sales staff, and assist us in building and representing the brand.
We provide a highly competitive compensation plan that is based on experience and performance that includes a base, plus commission and bonus pay, along with the security of being a part of an award winning location and brand.
Job Responsibilities
Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales processBuild rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer networkProvide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing salesHelp manage all other aspects of the sales departmentPurchase vehicles for the inventory from auction and off-lease returnsComplete trade appraisalsDesk Deals, track gross logs, and RDR carsJob Qualifications
Prior Sales Leadership – Dealership Experience RequiredBe Able to Create and Maintain Customer RelationshipsHandle high volume of business with professionalismStrong Computer Skills (Internet, MS Outlook, Auto-Exchange, CRM’s, ADP, Netlook)Must understand inventory control – 60 day turn policyDesk deals for sales professionals and take T.O.’s to maximize deal potentialDeal with local and national vendors
