Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is looking for an experienced Full Stack Technical Team Lead to reinforce a dynamic team. You will lead the development of complex in-house solutions, ensuring technical quality, coaching the team, and driving best practices across the stack.
Role & Responsibilities
Acting as senior full-stack developer and technical reference for the teamCoaching junior and medior developers and performing code reviewsDesigning, developing, and maintaining applications using Java, Angular, SQL, and optional technologies (ng-grid, AWS, Python)Analyzing user needs and translating them into efficient technical solutionsCoordinating development tasks, delegating work, and supporting the Delivery Manager in planningResolving complex technical issues and guiding the team through challengesEnsuring software quality, maintainability, performance, and securitySupervising system modifications, updates, and lifecycle activitiesConducting security checks and identify areas for improvementCommunicating regularly with internal stakeholders regarding expectations and progress Your Profile
University degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.A true team player, eager to share knowledge and support colleagues.Fluent in English, with strong communication and coordination skills.Proactive, structured, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.Strong sense of quality, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.Customer-oriented, solution-driven, and continuously seeking improvement.Technical Skills
Solid experience with:
Java backend developmentAngular frontend developmentSQL (database modeling, stored procedures, optimization)Strong understanding of full‑stack architecture and modern development practices.Knowledge of the following would be considered an asset:
