Create, maintain, and execute non-functional test plans, strategies, estimations, and test scenarios for complex software solutionsDesign, develop, and maintain performance and resilience test scripts using JMeter, Gatling, and related testing toolsPlan, prepare, execute, and analyze performance, load, stress, endurance, capacity, resilience, and recovery testing activitiesDevelop end-to-end non-functional testing strategies for distributed, integrated, and microservices-based cloud environmentsPrepare test environments, workloads, and test data required for performance and resilience testing campaignsMonitor system resources, application behaviour, and platform metrics during test execution to identify performance bottlenecks and stability issuesAnalyze test results, investigate non-functional defects, and provide recommendations to improve performance, reliability, scalability, and resilienceExecute resilience and chaos engineering scenarios using ChaosToolkit, Kraken, or similar technologiesProvide technical guidance and enable QA engineers and developers to execute non-functional testing activitiesDevelop and maintain standards, best practices, documentation, and reporting related to performance and resilience testingCollaborate with development, DevOps, and operations teams to support continuous quality improvement initiativesProduce test reports, technical documentation, and findings presentations for stakeholders, management, and customers Minimum 6 years of relevant IT professional experience, including at least 6 years in non-functional, performance, resilience, or load testing rolesMinimum education level: Level 6 (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in an ICT-relevant fieldStrong hands-on experience with JMeter, Gatling, or similar performance testing toolsExpertise in test planning, test strategy, estimation, workload design, test case design, test platform setup, test data preparation, and defect managementExperience designing and executing performance, load, stress, endurance, capacity, resilience, and recovery testing activitiesExperience analyzing application performance, resource utilization, and system bottlenecks across complex distributed environmentsHands-on experience with resilience and chaos testing tools such as ChaosToolkit, Kraken, or similar solutionsPractical Java development or automation experienceExperience working with microservices architectures, containerized platforms, and private cloud environmentsKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, monitoring solutions, and observability platformsExcellent documentation, reporting, communication, and stakeholder presentation skillsExperience working in Agile software development and testing environmentsExperience working in international and multicultural teamsProactive, analytical, and quality-focused mindset with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills Experience testing large-scale distributed systems with multiple integrated components is considered a strong assetHands-on experience with the following technologies is considered a strong asset:Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm, or PodmanGrafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, Splunk, or similar observability platformsKafka or other event-driven messaging platformsGitHub CI/CD or equivalent continuous integration and deployment toolingSelenium, Playwright, Postman, Kreya, Tricentis qTest, Jira Xray, or equivalent testing solutionsPostgreSQL or similar database technologiesExperience supporting performance and resilience testing in cloud-native, containerized environments is considered a strong asset
