We are currently looking for an Enterprise Architect to join our growing team in one of the biggest European organizations.
Tasks:
Establishes processes for enterprise architecture developments and managementSupports programmes and projects in planning and controlling (especially regarding risk management), harmonizing, change management and assures architectural compliancyConsult and contributes to development of architectural capabilities of the organization and the architecture management initiativesDesigns and communicates enterprise architectureDesigns and maintains architectural repositoryDesign interoperability and interfaces between systemsElicits needs, analyses requirementsTransfers business, users and technical needs into architecturesMaps business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, system featuresDefines transition roadmaps for architecturesPrepares system documentation and provides presentationsCollects and interprets system metricsProvides assistance to projects which implement the elements of enterprise architectureAssesses architecture maturityAnalyses organisational structuresAnalyses information systems portfolioAnalyses business processesConducts IS costs/benefits analysis Who you are:
Master's Degree plus minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experienceMinimum 5 years o experience at similar positionMinimum English language skills (CEFR) : C1 Required certificates (At least 1 certification among):
The Open Group Certified Architect (Open CA)Zachman Certified – Enterprise ArchitectCISSP Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (CISSP-ISSAP)ITIL v3 Master certification or equivalentCertification of Capability in Business Analysis™ (CCBA)Knowledge
Has performed role of Enterprise architect in organization.Has hands-on experience in building EA culture and practices throughout the organization.Expert in enterprise and business architecture design.Familiar with business process development, value streams and capability maps design.Good knowledge of enterprise architecture domains.Good knowledge about maturity models analyses and frameworksProficient in using systems modeling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or othersFamiliar with market wide designing architecture standards or frameworks such as, TOGAF, Zachman, Azure Well-Architected framework or similar.Expert knowledge in computer science and IT to research IT solutions and identify ways to enhance existing operationsSkills
