About this role

Support the Data Centre Team Lead in coordinating ICT Disaster Recovery (DR) activities across the Data Centre environmentContribute to the definition, maintenance and continuous improvement of ICT DR plans and governance artefacts for in-scope servicesCoordinate DR planning, testing, reporting and remediation activities across infrastructure, operations, application, security and identity management teamsMaintain DR readiness dashboards, evidence repositories, action trackers and governance reporting mechanismsTranslate Business Continuity Management (BCM) requirements and Business Impact Analysis (BIA) outputs into structured ICT DR activities and deliverablesMonitor and report on DR readiness KPIs, action status, testing outcomes and remediation progressSupport the review and maintenance of DR ownership models, review cycles and operational readiness processesAct as the Data Centre Team focal point for ICT DR coordination with BCM stakeholders, service owners, vendors and internal teamsEnsure DR documentation, reporting and evidence are maintained in accordance with governed information handling requirementsSupport the coordination of service recovery preparedness, including backup, restore, replication, failover and failback readiness activitiesContribute to continual improvement initiatives related to resilience, service recovery governance and operational readiness Minimum 5 years of relevant IT professional experience in IT operations, infrastructure coordination, resilience, continuity support or service governance, including at least 3 years of experience in disaster recovery, business continuity support, resilience coordination or service recovery governanceMinimum education level 6 degree (Bachelor's)ITIL 4 Foundation certification or equivalent, internationally recognized certificationAt least 1 certification among:Certificate of the Business Continuity Institute (CBCI)Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP)Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP)ISO 22301 Lead Implementeror equivalentGood understanding of ICT Disaster Recovery governance, operational readiness and service recovery principles within IT and Data Centre environmentsStrong knowledge of disaster recovery planning, testing methodologies, remediation management and readiness reportingGood knowledge of backup, restore, replication, failover, failback and service recovery conceptsGood understanding of Business Continuity Management (BCM), Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and their application to ICT Disaster RecoveryStrong coordination skills across infrastructure, operations, applications, security, identity and access management, vendors and business stakeholdersGood knowledge of major incident, change management and problem management processesExperience maintaining plans, action trackers, testing schedules, governance artefacts and management reportsStrong analytical, organisational and follow-up skills with the ability to drive actions to closureStrong communication, stakeholder management, facilitation and escalation management skillsAbility to manage documentation and reporting within controlled information domains, including Unclassified and Restricted environmentsAbility to work effectively as a member of the Data Centre Team while supporting the Data Centre Team Lead in ICT DR-related activitiesStrong communication skills in English; collaboration, documentation and reporting skills
