Position: RN - Home Health - Southeast (East of I25, South/East of I225, South of Mississippi/Jewell) Position Summary: Argus Home Health RNs provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring quality, compassionate service in compliance with Colorado regulations and in alignment with Argus' core values. This role coordinates care plans, admits patients, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal health outcomes. Responsibilities: Participate in on-call duties per policy. Support the Quality Management program. Arrange necessary equipment, supplies, and services for patients. Continuously review patient care, including service utilization, skilled need, homebound status, documentation, communication, and discharge planning per CMS and Colorado guidelines.
