Participates and supports the analysis of tender specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.Prepares the Bills of Quantities and other quantitative reports as required. · Identifies potential risks and uncertainties in cost estimatesAssists in the preparation of material and subcontract enquiries and the evaluation of quotationsDevelop detailed direct cost estimates for specific parts of the scopeAssists in the compilation of the technical submittalsMaintains comprehensive records of cost estimation data, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for future reference.Prepares presentations for internal (within company) and external (partners /clients) purposesAssists in preparation of interfacing plans, DORs, BOQ splits, and other documents related to JVs and Consortia BSc / MSc in Civil EngineeringFour (4) to Six (6) years of work experience within a construction contractorStrong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)Commercial / business thinkingExcellent English command (written and oral) of the English languageKnowledge of any project management tool is desirable.Computer literacy, including use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) Competitive salary and benefits are part of the offering, yet the real joy comes from being a member of smart and passionate teams, within an international leading EPC Group on a mission that matters.
