What you will need to do: Review tender documents, design drawings, specifications, and other technical requirements related to HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems. Prepare cost estimates and tender pricing for mechanical works. Review mechanical designs and identify technical discrepancies, missing information, or areas requiring clarification. Prepare and raise RFIs as required during the tendering and technical review process. Perform quantity take-offs and prepare/review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for mechanical materials, equipment, and systems.
