Develop detailed piping test packs using approved P&IDs, Isometrics, line lists, and project documentation & ADNOC specifications Review piping drawings, test packages and specifications to ensure readiness for pressure testing Coordinate with construction team to confirm piping systems are installed and ready for testing Ensure all welding, non-destructive testing (NDT), and inspection activities are completed prior to testing Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspection approvals, properly archive and update the test packages accordingly Ensure punch closure prior to handover to completion team Manage and update master test package tracking registers to provide clear visibility on testing progress from initial development till final sign-off Submit complete test package including certified pressure charts, calibration records and inspection sheets Ensure compliance with project & ADNOC 100% HSE policies and safe execution of all activities Support Mechanical Completion certification ...
