About this role
Operations Analyst will be responsible for collection, organization, interpretation, documentation, and analysis of insurance policy contracts or slips. The operations analyst will process data into system, ensure accuracy, create queries, and reports for various duties that can involve underwriting support, risk capture, or bordereaux management for Lloyds Syndicate policies.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Interpret data, analyze results, and process transactions in various systems in support of the following areas: Submission ClearancePolicy renewalsSanctions checkingOther operations as needed on policy administration workstreamPrepare and issue documents and reports accurately, as per specifications Interact with local and onshore teams as required to complete deliverables Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes, as needed Skills / Competencies
Strong verbal/written communication with fluency in the English languageStrong analytical and problem-solving abilityDetail and quality mindedCollaborative and team-oriented with ability to execute within an international teamBasic to Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS WordFlexible with changing requirements and ability to learn new processes quicklyBasic understanding of insurance knowledge, knowledge of London Market is desirableAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to learn new tasks quicklyQualifications
Experience in insurance and operational services industry is desirableStrong analytical and data processing skillsProficient in MS Office Suite ( Word and Excel ) Education
