Prioritising key business activities (customer, employee, operational, financial) to achieve targetsDeveloping and sustaining positive customer relationshipsEnsuring services are timely, accurate and meet legislative, customer SLA and Konekt standardsAchieving revenue and profit targets and sustaining business growthGrowing your team and developing team members to optimise performance and engagementManaging a small caseload to keep your finger on the pulse Thinking about applying? Here's what we're looking for:
Occupational/Workplace Rehabilitation or injury management experience with a strong customer focusLeadership experience preferred but not essentialTertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology (Social Workers, Rehabilitation Counsellors or Psychologists may also be considered)Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (as an EP), ASORC or AASWPractical knowledge of workers’ compensation legislation and case managementCommercial acumen and understanding of key business driversAn energetic, positive and motivated approach to leadership Not local to the area?
