We're on the hunt for a passionate, dedicated, Occupational Therapist - Pain Management and Vocational Rehabilitation, to join our team in Wellington!

Vocational Rehabilitation
Confident delivering workplace assessments, graduated return-to-work plans and task analysisKnowledge of vocational services pathwaysCommunity Rehabilitation Services
Provide rehabilitation and support to individuals within their communityWork within a multi-disciplinary team to help clients achieve their rehab goalsKnowledge of community services pathwaysReturn to work servicesPain Management Services (PMS)
Experience working in inter-disciplinary teams to support people living with persistent painSkilled in behaviour change, pacing strategies, and education in self-managementUnderstanding of biopsychosocial approachesA drive to make a difference and deliver outstanding careHigh-level clinical reasoning and adaptability across a spectrum of client needsA commitment to continuous learning and professional developmentProven ability to deliver client-centred rehabilitation in communityClear, professional written and verbal communication with clients, whanau and stakeholdersAt least 2 years’ experience working within vocational rehabilitation and/ or 3 years in an IDT pain settingWhat you’ll do
