About the role
Reporting to your Team Leader, you’ll be part of a vibrant team culture that supports and empowers each other every day. Key responsibilities;
Support clients with housing, financial and community-based needsNavigate MSD and ACC processes with clients, including advocacy and applicationsAssist with court-related matters (e.g., reports, attending hearings when appropriate, liaising with legal services)Connect clients with services such as mental health providers, parenting support budgeting, or family support agenciesHelp clients understand and access community resources and entitlementsProvide practical support around safety planning, whānau dynamics, and social barriers impacting rehabilitationCollaborate with the MDT to ensure social and environmental factors are included in rehab planningWhat you'll bring
