Vocational Rehabilitation (SAW & BTW)
Confident delivering workplace assessments, graduated return-to-work plans and task analysisKnowledge of vocational services pathwaysCommunity Rehab Services
Provide rehabilitation and support to individuals within their communityWork within a multi-disciplinary team to help clients achieve their rehab goalsKnowledge of community services pathwaysWhat you’ll do
Use your clinical expertise to support clients in homes, workplaces, and communities - no two days are the sameDeliver care that aligns with our strong internal focus on excellence and outcomesBe part of a high-performing, supportive team that values collaboration, growth, and innovationWhat you’ll bring
A drive to make a difference and deliver outstanding careRelevant qualifications, professional registration and a valid practicing certificateHigh-level clinical reasoning and adaptability across a spectrum of client needsA commitment to continuous learning and professional developmentProven ability to deliver client-centred rehabilitation in communityClear, professional written and verbal communication with clients, whanau and stakeholdersAt least 2 years’ experience working within vocational rehabilitation and community rehabilitation servicesWhat’s in it for you
