About the Role

As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will deliver high-quality assessment and intervention services while providing mentoring and clinical support to Speech Pathologists within the team.

Working with children and their families, you will help clients develop communication, social interaction, and functional life skills that support participation in everyday activities.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based speech pathology assessments and interventionsManage a diverse paediatric caseloadSupport and mentor junior cliniciansProvide clinical guidance and contribute to service excellenceDevelop and monitor client-centred therapy plans and goalsPrepare high-quality reports and clinical documentationCollaborate with families, educators, and allied health professionalsContribute to a positive, supportive, and high-performing team cultureWhat We Offer

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Tertiary qualification in Speech PathologyCurrent Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status or eligibilityDemonstrated experience working with children and familiesStrong clinical assessment and intervention skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesExperience mentoring or supporting junior clinicians (desirable)Current Working with Children CheckNDIS Worker Screening CheckNational Police CheckCurrent Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicleWhy Join Early Start Australia?
