Every day, people recovering from injury or illness need support and guidance to take important steps forward. As a Rehabilitation Consultant with Konekt, you’ll walk alongside clients as they navigate recovery, return to work, and help them to reconnect with what matters most.

Expect your day to be full of variety and real impact where you’ll:

Assess clients’ rehabilitation needs following injury or illness through physical, ergonomic, psychosocial or functional capacity evaluations (based on your clinical discipline)Provide expert advice around work-place modification and the return-to-work processSupport clients to define meaningful recovery or employment goals, then co-design and deliver tailored rehabilitation plans.Monitor progress, adjust plans, and support sustainable outcomesManage cases end-to-end: coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders workplaces/employers, healthcare providers, treating practitioners and insurers. Be an integral part of the shared goal of recovery and reintegrationThis is an exciting time for Konekt, as we experience exponential growth across the business. Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Exercise PhysiologyRegistration with AHPRA or ESSA as an EPPass a national criminal check, prior to commencing employmentA WWCC (Working with children check) Full Australian working rightsA driver’s licence and willingness to work in different settings (workplaces, client homes, remote-onsite assessments)The ability to coordinate across stakeholdersA collaborative, problem-solving mindset, accompanied by professional and integrityThe ability to work and thrive in an autonomous roleContractors (with experience in occupational rehabilitation) may also be consideredMost importantly, a genuine commitment to client-centred care, empathy, strong communication and adaptability cross diverse client needs.
