What you’ll do at our Elizabeth clinic:

New Client Assessments

Prepare for assessments using referrals and questionnairesConduct standardised and informal assessments (e.g., WPPSI, WISC, WRAT, WRAML, ADOS, MIGDAS)Provide timely feedback to clients and families and confirm therapy needsComplete and issue reports within two weeks of assessmentTherapy Service Delivery

Deliver client-centred assessment, counselling, and therapyManage discipline-specific caseloads, including complex clientsDevelop, implement, review, and adjust individualised therapy programsDeliver services across clinic, home, school, and community settingsCollaborate with allied health professionals and develop specialised programsMaintain privacy, confidentiality, and evidence-based practiceTherapy Programs

Conduct initial appointments and develop goal-based therapy plansCreate measurable, targeted interventions and session plansProvide home and school-based activities and resourcesMonitor progress, update goals, and complete reviews and reportsIdentify and refer to other disciplines or group programs as appropriateReporting and Documentation

Complete clinical notes within 24 hoursProvide timely, compliant reports to stakeholders and funding bodiesRecord incidents and complaints as requiredFunding, Professional Development & Compliance

Align therapy plans with available funding (e.g. NDIS)Participate in supervision, meetings, and ongoing professional developmentComply with registration standards, organisational policies, WHS, and child safety requirementsWhat you’ll bring:

Experience/ Skills:

Demonstrated experience in solution-focused therapy and early interventionUnderstanding and supporting the principles of individualised services including the ability to adapt services to meet individual needsDemonstrated ability to engage with a range of children and families and external stakeholdersStrong communication and organisational skillsExceptional observational and report writing skillsAbility to work within a multidisciplinary team and the ability to work autonomously in the communityQualifications / Compliance:

Relevant qualification in PsychologyRegistration with AHPRA and Registration with Psychology Board of AustraliaNDIS Workers Screening CheckCurrent Drivers’ Licence and vehicleCurrent Working with Children Check or Working with Vulnerable People Registration (state specific)National Police CheckAccredited First Aid CertificateWhat you’ll get:
