Coordinate and guide therapy supports to achieve meaningful participant outcomesCollaborate with families, educators, therapists and service providers to create a seamless support experienceEngage in multidisciplinary teamwork across Early Start AustraliaBuild strong stakeholder relationships and advocate for participants' needsSupport high-quality, person-centred service delivery and continuous improvementContribute to positive outcomes that enhance independence, participation and quality of lifeAbout You
Experience within disability, health, education or early intervention sectors.Strong clinical reasoning and case management capabilities.Experience coordinating supports across multiple stakeholders.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.A commitment to delivering person-centred, evidence-informed services.A passion for empowering people to maximise participation and independence.
