MBA/Post Graduate (optional)
Experience
5-10 years of experience and a proven track record of delivering content assignments in the Automotive Industry(preferred)
Ideal Candidate Profile (Skills & Competencies)
More than 5 years of experience in the field of Instructional design and e-Learning, classroom content developmentExtensive experience in developing design documents, e-Learning storyboards and application simulationsExcellent writing and communication skillsExcellent command over e-Learning authoring tools such as Storyline, Captivate, Vyond and so on.Project management/coordination skills and experience in leading client communicationExperience in instructional design and curriculum design - learning solutions, including instructor led programs, virtual, blended, eLearning, mobile, and assessmentsImpeccable grasp of the English languageAbility to work independently with little or no daily supervisionStrong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and managementAbility to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneouslyStrict adherence to the style guides of the organizationGood time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessaryProficiency with computers, writing skills, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Office, and Tools (Desirable- Articulate, Captivate, Adobe) All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
