About this role
The incumbent is expected to deliver training at various locations for the following participants – Dealer Internal Training Leads (Sales Coach), Dealer Front-end Sales Manpower, and other critical profiles (as specified and informed by TMPVL)Complete the Man days of training prescribed by TMPVLCompile and Present Training Reports and tracking Training Effectiveness through Periodic AuditsEnsure that training coverage is in line with KPIs and Training Needs AnalysisEnhance in-house Sales Training capabilities by upskilling the Dealer Internal Training Leads (Sales Coach) and TSMs (TMPVL)
Training Delivery
Conduct Training of participants based on training needs identified for the assigned territory (local as well as central requirements)Trainings can be in form of Class room training (CRT), Virtual training (VLT), On the Job training (OJT), e-learning modules (through LMS), Coaching and MentoringMeasuring Training Effectiveness
Identify competency gaps – product knowledge, process knowledge, functional skills, customer experience for assigned manpower and work towards closing gaps through trainingConduct role-plays, OJTs, audits and assessments of the assigned manpower (Pre-training and Post training effectiveness)Training MIS and Database Management
Preparation of Training Calendar coordinating with Regional and SHQ stakeholders as per std formatSubmit training coverage reports, assessment reports, audit reports and analysis as per std formats
Graduate – with min 4 years of relevant experience in sales Training, Adult Learning & DevelopmentAge: Maximum 40 yearsBasic & Advanced Automotive TechnologyAutomotive retail process knowledgeKnowledge of Automotive Allied Businesses (Insurance, Finance Used Car Business, etc)General awareness of the Indian Auto Industry (Size, Players, Segments, Products, Market Share) All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
