Conduct Automobile Service Process TrainingConduct Automobile Service Process Audit Conduct Class Room Training, On the Job Training & Coaching Help Improve PSF scores (Post Sales Feedback) & CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores Help improve Dealer Service Processes & ensure efficiency · Responsible for handling approx. 30-35 WorkshopsTravel across locations (20 -22 days) Compile and Present Reports & Support HOD ·Ensure that all the manpower at given location is trained
