Experience in the field of development of content projects-ILT, flashcards (optional), job aids, etc.Good multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlinesAbility to work within timelines and provide regular updates to Project managers and client stakeholdersAbility to work with inputs provided by stakeholders, in the form of design documents/ session plans/ pptsExposure to instructional design models, principles and methodologiesProven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolioImpeccable grasp of the English languageAbility to work independently with little or no daily supervisionOrganize content and activities for effective learningThe ability to think creatively and deliver impressive conceptsStrong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and managementAbility to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneouslyStrict adherence to the style guides of the organization Rephrase content to meet the learning needsGood time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessaryProficiency with computers, writing skills, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Office.
