This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their learning needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record in consultative sales, preferably in the Learning Solutions or Training industry.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and CRM software.
• Strong network and connections within the Learning and Development community.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs
