Deliver Trainings on product, process & sales for Dealership Sales Consultants at multiple dealerships.Handhold DSCs at various stages of sales cycle.Guide/Mentor DSCs.Conduct OJTs for DSCs, if need be. Good communications skillsKnowhow of auto sector & how dealership sales workPrevious experience of delivering trainings at dealerships for other OEMsUnderstand auto jargons & complexity of auto sectorMust know English & local regional languageMBA with engineering background preferredTraining experience of 2-5 years All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
