Job Description
Our Seattle office is seeking a highly creative andenergetic Interior Designer Project Manager, passionate about design, to leadteams through projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have aminimum of 10 years’ experience with a diverse background with experience a mixof project types – ideally hospitality, multi-family, and workplace. An aptitude for dynamic design, a commitmentto sustainable interior architecture, and a desire to cultivate clientrelationships is vital to succeeding in this position. The ideal candidate willhave a proven ability to manage multiple project types and sizes simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Manage projects and project teams in a fast-paced environment that rewards self-startersSuperb mentorskills are essential for this roleFoster great designin all phases of a project Develop and managework plans and project teams Estimate fees andwrite project proposals Lead dailyinteraction with clients, architectural teams and design teamsManage theexecution of design and contract documents including understanding detailing and specificationsProvide QualityControl for contract documentsMust have stronginterior design skill and also be passionate about design
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters, Degree in Interior Design for an accredited schoolMinimum of 10 years’Interior Design experience and or an architectural background primarily focusedin interiorsExperience workingon an integrated architecture/interiors team and or coordinating with outsidearchitecture firms when requiredExperience in multipleproject types and sizesHistory ofdeveloping and maintaining client relationshipsCapability inMicrosoft Word and Excel requiredCollaborative, teamoriented, and also tech savvyRevitInDesign, Sketch up,and Smart Sheet experience preferred but not required
