As the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily yard and production operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and productivity while leading and developing a high-performing team.
What you’re responsible for:
Overseeing daily production operations, ensuring quotas, schedules, and shipment targets are metManaging inventory accuracy, including tracking, reporting, and coordinating with purchasing on materialsLeading and promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all company and regulatory requirementsSupervising, coaching, and developing employees, including scheduling, performance management, and trainingPartnering with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is operating efficiently and repairs are completed promptlyMonitoring product handling, weighing, and storage to ensure accuracy and operational consistencySupporting payroll processes, including reviewing and approving timecards and submitting documentation on time To join our team:
You have 5–10 years of experience in operations management within manufacturing, industrial, or recycling environmentsYou have proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced, hands-on settingYou are strong in safety leadership and hold teams accountable to safety standardsYou are organized and able to manage multiple priorities across operations, staff, and productionYou are comfortable working on-site and occasionally operating or overseeing heavy equipmentYou are bilingual in English and Spanish (highly preferred) All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
