We are currently seeking a motivated Tow Truck Driver to join our team in Saint-Augustin, QC from Friday to Monday at 8:00am to 6:00pm. You will play a vital role in our daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about automobiles, enjoy hands-on work and providing exceptional customer service.
What you’re responsible for:
Safely operating a tow truck (flatbed)Transporting customer vehicles to the branchMaintain accurate records of towing assignments, including vehicle information, pick-up and drop-off locations, and any special instructionsConduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure safe operationPerforming general labour tasks that may including depollution, tire dismounting, etc.Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors and customers to coordinate towing activitiesProvide our customers with excellent customer service!
