About this role
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our dispatch team located in Laval, Quebec. As a dispatcher, you are responsible for planning and coordinating vehicle pick-ups at our client locations.
What you're responsible for:
Planning and organizing driver schedulesConfirming pickup details and vehicle statusChecking towing availability and offering customers a timeslotCompleting order forms and other transactional documentsAnswering internal customer calls and relaying detailed and accurate information to driversWorking collaboratively with internal partners including Call Center Agents, Branch Managers, Buyers, and Drivers To join our team:
