About this role
We are looking for an Inventory Clerk to join our team in Montréal-Est.
You will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our warehouse. You will be mainly responsible for receiving, storing, tracking and shipping materials, while ensuring inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities :
Receive materials, verify their accuracy and condition, and enter the required data into our systems;Organize and store materials in designated areas, ensuring proper labeling and categorization;Operate various material-handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts;Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems and the Warehouse Management System (WMS);Respond to requests at the counter and provide excellent service to internal customers;Prepare orders, package materials and handle shipments according to sales and distribution schedules;Perform manual inventory counts and monitor inventory levels;Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse;Participate in periodic audits and prepare inventory reports;Perform other related duties as required. You have reliable transportation to get to work (the site is not accessible by public transit);You have experience in warehouse operations, inventory management or supply chain;You are comfortable using computer tools and inventory management systems;You are organized, detail-oriented and thorough;You have good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team;You have a forklift certification (asset);You are bilingual (asset).
