We service Central MD, DC, and Northern VA and offer roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and door replacement services. We have job openings for every territory.
Candidate must have:
Positive Attitude – be ambitious and results oriented.Reliable Transportation - will be running appointments within a 50 mile radius.Excellent communication skills, verbal and written - be a people person.Valid Driver's LicenseFinancial stability during training period - 4 week training period includes a $500 per week base salary (negotiable based on experience). After 4 weeks, a draw versus commission structure kicks in and allows successful sales professionals to earn more money and increase their weekly draws.Performance bonuses are also provided. Pay is provided weekly.Smart phone with data planStrong ethics, high integrity, and be committed to our customers.Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-disciplineAvailability to work evenings and weekends - appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday and occasionally on Saturdays to accommodate homeowner’s availability.Project management and home improvement sales experience is a plus!
