Alvarado Parkway Institute is seeking a qualified clinician, licensed or registered to join our team as a Full-Time Treatment Coordinator for our Outpatient Services Program in El Cajon! The successful candidate will have sound clinical experience in the facilitation of group psychotherapy, can provide brief solution-focused individual psychotherapy and have excellent documentation skills. Familiarity in developing treatment plans, self-harm intervention plans, and conducting psychosocial assessments preferred. The El Cajon location serves an all adult population of consumers with severe and persistent mental illness. The multi-disciplinary treatment team provides recovery-oriented treatment in a patient-centered, success-oriented approach. Persons served also include those with trauma and abuse, and people who may be navigating an intellectual disability and a co-occurring mental health issue.
This is a Full-Time, Monday thru Friday position.
Master’s degree in social work, MFT, psychology, or equivalent master’s degree required.Registration or Licensed with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, or Board of Psychology is required.Licensed with BBS or BOP preferred.Strong clinical skills, experienced in facilitation of group therapy; time management skills.
