About this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst, Quality Assurance to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our US mortgage-related processes and services. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in our operations.

Perform quality assurance reviews for voice and non-voice processes related to US mortgage eviction, sale, and closing activitiesAnalyze findings from process reviews and develop comprehensive reports highlighting trends and opportunities for improvementMake data-driven recommendations to reduce process variation and eliminate errorsTrack and follow up on business unit responses to identified findings from process reviewsCollaborate with management to develop and implement project plans addressing opportunities identified through quality assurance activitiesEscalate unresolved issues to senior management and work towards their resolutionProvide timely and accurate reports to management documenting observations from reviewsAssist in implementing changes or modifications to the Quality Assurance department's evaluation processStay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements in the US mortgage sector Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field2-5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the US mortgage industryIn-depth knowledge of US mortgage processes, including eviction, sale, and closing proceduresStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting toolsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for conducting voice and non-voice auditsDemonstrated ability to identify process improvements and implement effective solutionsAttention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standardsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysisExperience with quality assurance methodologies and best practicesStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a teamAdaptability to changing priorities and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously WORKING AT ALTISOURCE ADVANTAGES
