Specialist, Trustee Operations @ Altisource

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Specialist, Trustee Operations to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of trustee operations, ensuring smooth processes and excellent customer service.

Review and execute trustee-related documents, maintaining accuracy and compliance with regulationsProcess and update VA appraisals and related documents in the systemCollaborate with clients, appraisers, and legal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operationsRespond to inquiries from borrowers, lienholders, realtors, and attorneys via phone, email, and faxMaintain and update team manuals and provide assistance to team members regarding operational issuesPerform quality control checks on trustee operations processesManage document recording and maintain accurate recordsAssist in the review of foreclosure files and collaborate with the litigation team when necessaryUpdate and maintain various spreadsheets related to trustee operationsContribute to the continuous improvement of trustee operations processes and procedures Proven experience in Mortgage Trustee Servicing, title servicing, or foreclosureIn-depth understanding of trustee services, processes, and proceduresExperience with recording in a title or trustee capacityNotary certification preferredExperience with reverse mortgage services is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentStrong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyCustomer-focused mindset with a professional demeanorAdaptability to changing priorities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment 4 to 5 years experience in semi-voice Mortgage processMust have excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English and neutral accentMust have good analytical and cognitive skillsMust have an eye for attention to detail
