Manage and control all accounting from companyExecute General Ledger postingsControl all subcontractors invoicing to the companynControl all bank reconciliationsControl of fixed asset records (fixed asset module vs accounting module)Yearly Audit support (in collaboration with Accounting Director)Monitor and analyze accounting data (account reconciliations)Support Accounting Director in month and end-year process/reports.Support Accounting Manager in tax related tasks.Support Group CFO in special tasks. At least 5 years of work experienceDegree in Accounting at ISCAL or similar UniversityExcellent skills on MS Office, mainly ExcelExcellent knowledge of Portuguese Tax legislationPrevious experience in SAGE accounting software (will be a +)Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulationsAbility to handle sensitive, confidential information
