We at Seera Group are looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer.
Lead and manage a team of developersLeading the project activities as well as managing project resources in technical termsDiscuss requirements, planning, design, etc.Run teams using Scrum methodologyCollaborate with other team members and stakeholders 6+ years of experience including 2 years of experience in leading a teamWrite clean, solid, scalable and testable codeKnowledge of modern JS frameworks (Reactjs is a must)Understanding of all major browsers and the special considerations required for all various quirksUnderstanding of CSS pre-processing platforms, such as SASSExcellent written and spoken communication skillsAble to communicate technical issues with non-technical usersAbility to multi-task and run tasks with varying prioritiesImpeccable organizational skills and the ability to think on your feet and use your initiativeThe ability to work effectively under deadlines and lead multiple projects simultaneouslyGood analytical and problem-solving skills
