As a Mixed Animal Associate Veterinarian, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Provide preventative, diagnostic, medical, and surgical care for small animal patientsWork with cow/calf operations, including pregnancy checks, bull fertility exams, calving cases, and herd-health programsProvide primary equine care, reproductive services, and foal careTreat small ruminants and other livestock speciesUtilize in-house CBC/chemistry analyzers and digital radiologyPerform dentistry and soft-tissue surgery, with opportunities for select orthopedic proceduresProvide ambulatory large animal veterinary services using the clinic veterinary truckParticipate in a rotating large animal after-hours emergency scheduleWe’re Looking For
Passionate about mixed animal veterinary medicineInterested in both large and small animal casesA compassionate, collaborative team playerA strong communicator with clients and colleaguesComfortable with or interested in developing emergency and large animal skillsExperienced or a new graduate looking for strong veterinary mentorship Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited universityActive Nebraska veterinary license or ability to obtainDEA license or ability to obtain upon hireUSDA accreditation or ability to obtain upon hire Life in Crete, Nebraska
